The capital will have one year from now’s International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) Combined World Cup from March 15-26.
The dates were finished after the ISSF’s endorsement Monday. The Combined World Cup includes occasions in rifle, gun and shotgun.
“It is to affirm that the ISSF Executive Committee endorsed the dates of the 2020 ISSF World Cup stages. We herewith affirm that the dates for the ISSF World Cup in Rifle/Pistol/Shotgun occasions to be held in New Delhi, India, are as following: 15 March 26 March 2020,” the game’s worldwide body wrote in a letter to the National Rifle Association of India (NRAI).
It will be the season-opening World Cup for rifle and gun shooters and the year’s second for those in a shotgun.
Offering top-class rivalry, the occasion will furnish the shooters with a decent stage to plan for the following summer’s Tokyo Olympics.
India has been facilitating a progression of world-class rivalry as of late, remembering the World Cup Finals for all occasions a year ago. In February this year, India had facilitated a World Cup, which offered Olympic portion places for Tokyo.
