Taekwondo in Asian Games 2018 : Indian players to go legal Way against TFI

Taekwondo is a interesting art which in contrast to karate focuses on kicks. It is a Korean martial arts which emphasizes on head height kicking, jumping and spinning kicks and fast kicking techniques which is opposed to karate which focuses on hand actions movements.

The Taekwondo Federation of India is facing heat from the Indian players against their selection who have threatened to go legal in case of no proper resolution.

The Asian Games 2018 is to be held from 18th August and the last date for sending names to the Olympics Association of India was 30th June. However, TFI has informed to conduct trials between 5th to 7th July at Ranchi which is beyond the time limit of submission of the names.

What Could be Next ??

It remains a matter where Federation will have to take positive steps, entrust people in its fair selection process and send right candidates who make our nation proud with their talent.
